Sam’s practice is focused on Energy & Title Law. Sam has negotiated thousands of leases and consulted on complex title throughout the Appalachian Basin.
Sam received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh in 2010, where he also earned a B.S. in economics and business in 2004. Sam also earned his MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon in 2016.
Prior to joining the firm, Sam worked at EQT negotiating oil and gas leases and reviewing complex title. Upon entering private practice, he began representing clients in all types of energy and land use matters. Sam is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Sam is the husband to his wife, Natalie. In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer, golf and traveling with Natalie.
