C. Kurt Mulzet is a senior associate with the downtown law firm of Jones, Gregg, Creehan & Gerace LLP, with forty years of private practice experience. He practices primarily in the area of Matrimonial Law, including divorce, child custody, equitable distribution and support.

Mr. Mulzet obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh in 1981. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Family Law Sections of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association.

Attorney Mulzet was a founder of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Matrimonial American Inns of Court, the nation’s eighth chapter specializing in Family Law, and was elected to serve as its president from 1999-2001. He has served on or chaired numerous committees of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.  Mr. Mulzet is the author of articles that have appeared in the Allegheny County Bar Association publicationThe Lawyers Journaland the Pennsylvania Bar Association publication The Pennsylvania Family Lawyer. He has lectured for both Bar Associations on topics including drafting of marriage settlement agreements, alimony and equitable distribution, modifications to the laws protecting the abused, college education support, ethical issues in domestic relations/real property matters, and various other matrimonial law and professional ethics issues.
