Morgan Hoover is an associate at the firm, representing clients in the areas of tax, estate planning, trusts, and administration.

Ms. Hoover graduated summa cum laude from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (“IUP”) in 2016 with a B.S. in accounting. While at IUP, she was also a member of the Robert E. Cook Honors College and the Eberly College of Business Honors Business Program.

Ms. Hoover earned her Juris Doctor degree, with a concentration in tax, in 2019 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Prior to joining Jones, Gregg, Creehan & Gerace, Ms. Hoover worked at a Big Four accounting firm where she focused on international tax. She prepared tax returns for U.S. corporations with international subsidiaries and advised clients on potential tax implications regarding their international transactions.

While in law school, Ms. Hoover was a legal intern at a Fortune 600 company specializing in wireless communication services. Ms. Hoover drafted enforcement letters to landlords, environmental access agreements, license termination agreements, and reviewed ownership change review requests. In addition, she was involved in due diligence and compliance projects.

Ms. Hoover is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. She is also a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Division.
